The Army Navy Store, 1116 W. Lee Street, Greensboro, NC 27403, has been serving the North Carolina Triad area for more than twenty-five years (almost that long in the same location). Our desire is to provide you and your family with the best value in camouflage clothing, military style footwear, outerwear, and camping equipment that you'll find anywhere!

Our customer service is second to none! We still hold the belief that our customers are our mainstay and a satisfied customer is a repeat customer who will tell his or her friends about us. Should you have any questions concerning our merchandise or about ordering online from us, just e-mail us and we'll respond immediately to your concerns.

Ordering Info
We offer a secure shopping site to our customers. That means that whatever information you give us, you can rest assured that it stays with us. Your name or any private information is never sold or traded to anyone, for any purpose. Once we have printed your order and verified your credit card information, the hard copy stays in our files, but the financial information is then deleted. We will only keep a record of who you are and what you ordered and when you ordered it!

Should you not wish to purchase with a credit card, please feel free to print out our e-mail order and attach your personal check or money order and mail it in. Please note that mail orders will require additional processing time. The form is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, just pick up the phone and call us at (336) 274-1279 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST) and we'll help you with whatever you need.

Payment
We currently accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Personal checks must be drawn on U.S. funds
Money Orders must be drawn on U.S. funds

Shipping
We will ship same day for online orders received by 2:00 p.m. (EST). Orders received after this time will be shipped the next day. If we are out of stock on any item, you will be notified by e-mail along with an anticipated delivery date. If you wish to cancel the order, just reply back to us via e-mail. Your credit card is not charged until the order is ready to be shipped!

Please allow additional processing time for orders received via U.S. mail. Also, we cannot ship COD so be sure to attach your check or money order for your total, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Any request for refund must be accompanied by your invoice! For your protection, please use an insured mail service for returning items to us. We will only pay return shipping to our store if the return was caused by our error.
