If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If you are returning an item, please notify us by email that you are returning it and how you would like the return processed, whether it is for refund or exchange. Then, write your order number on the outside of the box, near your return address. This will help expedite your return.
We will not accept items which have obviously been worn, laundered, altered, or not in the same condition as shipped. Clothing and shoes/boots must have tags still attached. When returning boots or shoes, please make sure they have not been worn outside or exposed to elements such as oil, dirt, wet grass, etc.
The following items are NOT returnable:
Opened packages of paracord
Paracord cut to order
Printed dog tags (unless it is our error)
Opened packages of netting
Clothing which as been marked on the label or personalized in any way,
including the addition of patches, name tags, or alterations of any
Hats or Caps
Thermals or any type underwear garment
Items from categories of Used or Clearance merchandise.
Please note reason for return along with your order number or a copy of your original packing slip.
Refunds will be credited to the original card used for purchase. We are not responsible for the length of time it might take for your card issuer to post the refund to your account.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not pay for return shipping unless in cases of error on our part. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
