If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.  We will not accept items which have obviously been worn, laundered, altered, or not in the same condition as shipped.  Clothing and shoes/boots must have tags still attached.  When returning boots or shoes, please make sure they have not been worn outside or exposed to elements such as oil, dirt, wet grass, etc.  Please note reason for return along with your order number or a copy of your original packing slip.

 

Refunds will be credited to the original card used for purchase.  We are not responsible for the length of time it might take for your card issuer to post the refund to your account.

 

 The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  We do not pay for return shipping unless in cases of error on our part.  If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.  We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
