Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase.

If you are returning an item, please notify us via email that you are returning the item, the reason for the return, and whether your wish to exchange the item or are requesting a refund (you may use the Contact Us form for your convenience), make sure the email contains the order number.  You will need to box up the item, ensuring that it is packaged securely, write your RMA number on the outside of the box, near your return address, and ship it back to us using an insured, traceable method.

We do not refund any shipping charges, however, if you are exchanging an item we will pay for the cost of postage to get your new item out to you.  (One exchange only).

We will not accept items for return that are obviously worn, used, laundered, altered, or not in the same condition as shipped.  In other words, please do not wear your purchase to your boss' Christmas party and wad it up in a box, reeking of cologne, and send it back expecting a refund.  All clothing and footwear must still have tags ATTACHED and not folded up to conceal the tag while it is being worn.  Footwear/Boots should be tried on indoors on a carpeted or smooth surface.  Boots should not be worn outside to try them on and should not be exposed to elements such as wet ground, grass, mud, oil.  Items returned with damage will be returned to you at your expense. Items requiring re-ticketing are charged a 20% restocking fee which is deducted from any refund to which you may be entitled.

The following items are NOT returnable:

Opened packages or paracord, opened clamshell packages of ANY item (including water purification tablets and other similarly packaged products.)

Printed Dog Tags (unless it is our error)

Opened packages of Camo or Mosquito Netting.

Clothing which has been altered, laundered, worn, stained, or marked in any way including personalizations or the addition of patches.

Hats, Caps, Helmets or other Headwear.

Thermals or any type undergarment

Socks

Books or Manuals

Goggles, Sunglasses, or other eyewear.

Items from our "Specials" Category of Used or Clearance merchandise.

 

We take care in boxing your order and preparing it for shipping, however, some shifting may occur.  When opening the box containing your order, please just use the very tip end of any knife or box cutter as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or cut when opening.  If the order arrives damaged, please let us know and assist us in the filing of any insurance claim with the carrier.  (The box and items contained in there should be able to be available for carrier inspection so don't throw anything out!)

 

This Return (Refund) Policy applies to items purchased through this site only.  Items purchased in our Retail Store are Exchange Only - no refunds.
